<br />" <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />~~'tl <br /> <br />ENGINEERING AGREEMENT <br />INFILTRATION/INFLOW ANALYSIS STUDY <br /> <br />FOR <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this / /;z.{ day of <br />Mt , 1980, by and between the CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, <br />hereinafter called the OWner, and SHORT ELLIOTT <br /> <br />HENDRICKSON, INC., St. Paulf Minnesota, a corporation, hereinafter <br /> <br />called the Engineer, <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a series of reports which document possible excessive <br /> <br />ihfiltration/inflow in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />OWner's sanitary sewer system were <br /> <br />submitted by the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission, hereinafter <br /> <br />called the Commission, to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br />(MPCA) and accepted by that agency; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Owner has or is about to enter into an agreement with the <br /> <br />Commission which requires that <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />OWner assume the majority <br /> <br />responsibility for <br /> <br />completion of a detailed infiltration/inflow <br /> <br />analysis study; and <br /> <br />- 1 - <br />
