EPA and MPCA financial grant-in-aid, through the <br /> <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Phase II - Evaluate Background Information <br /> <br />1. Review and evaluate available records and sewer system <br /> <br />maps to determine the characteristics of the existing <br /> <br />sewer system. <br /> <br />- 3 - <br />
