Records from past stUdies such as manhole inspection, sewer <br />televising, population studies, building inspections, and <br />sewer system rehabilitation results. <br /> <br />4. Available information with regard to problems within the <br />system so that proper field procedures can be employed and <br />necessary precautions taken during the III analysis study. <br /> <br />5. Legal and physical access to manholes to be inspected and used <br />during the course of. the study. The Owner shall locate and <br />expose such manhole covers which are not visible, not <br />accessible or are completely or partially covered by soil or <br />pavement surface and restore all street and ground surfaces <br />damaged during the work. <br /> <br />6. Access to the service area lift stations. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Shutdown of lift stations, if required, to reduce <br />wastewater flows during the flow monitoring calibrations. <br /> <br />8. If required, pumps and operating personnel to reduce flow, <br />bypass sewage and otherwise handle f lows in the sanitary sewer <br />system, so that the inspections to be carried out by the <br />Engineer can be completed. <br /> <br />- 9 - <br />
