<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />November 13, 1979 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, <br />was held in the City Hallin said City on Tuesday; November 13, <br />1979 at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br />Councilmen Hanson, Wingert, and Woodburn1 and the following <br />was absent: Councilman crichton. <br />Councilman Wingert introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 79-60 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. 79-l PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all <br /> <br />owners of the real property generally in the area of the Arden <br />Lake Knoll Plat located east of Hamline Avenue between County <br />Road F and Amble Road, requesting that the Council install <br />sani tary sewer, watermain, bituminous paving, concrete curb and <br />gutter and necessary appurtenances at said location and re- <br />questing that the entire cost of said im provement be assessed <br />against their property, and <br />motion. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to ". <br /> <br />of the Council adopted <br /> <br />April 30, 1979, a report has been prepared by the city con- <br /> <br />sulting engineers with reference to the improvement, and this <br /> <br />report was received by the Council on November l3, 19791 <br />
