The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all <br />property affected by said requested improvement in accordance <br />with M.S.A. Sec. 429.031(3). ' <br />2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as <br />proposed in the report of the city consulting engineers. <br /> <br />3. 'The City consulting engineers are hereby designated as <br />the engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Hanson, and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Al11 <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None; whereupon said resolution <br /> <br />was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />d<<e4: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />
