<br />.. <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Arden Hills that the City's proposed action in <br />constructing the aforesaid access roadway and installing utilities <br />thereunder in connection with the Karth Lake West improvement <br />project in no manner necessitates or warrants the City's prepara- <br />tion of an environmental assessment worksheet or an environmental <br />impact statement. <br /> <br />~ BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator be and <br />she hereby is authorized and directed to forward certified copies <br />of this Resolution to Judge Sidney P. Abramson, Judge of Rsmsey <br />County District Court, and to Mr. Charles R. Bartholdi, attorney <br />for Charles O. Amble and Marlys R.
