Crepeau, <br />Jr., Councilmen Charlie Crichton, Ward Hanson, James Wingert and <br />Robert Woodburn. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Counoilman Wlnaert <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-9 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING 'l'O APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELA'.l:'ING 'l'O CONSOLIDATED <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13 <br /> <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on September 28, <br />1970, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County, on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of including <br />installments thereof to be colleoted along with real estate <br />taxes commencing in 1971; and <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and re- <br />assessments in respeot to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improve- <br />ments Nos. 12 and 13 was held on November 30, 1970, at which <br />
