<br />. <br /> <br />, <br />J <br /> <br />time assessments for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements <br />Nos. 12 and 13 were amended as provided by said resolution of <br />said date, to be certified and filed in the office of the <br />COunty Auditor of Ramsey County, on December 30, 1970 J and <br />WHEREAS, sinCe Nove~er 30, 1970, a number of parcels of <br />~ property contained within said assessment roll as amended have <br />been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner, and <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original <br /> <br />, <br />traot where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be <br />IIlade by the City Counoil of the City of Arden Hills, in order <br />that the proper assessment can be extended by the COunty Auditor <br />against each parcel of property thereafter, commenoing with an <br />assessment to be oolleoted in the year 1971 and thereafter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original <br />assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September <br />28, 1970 and as amended as of November 30, 1970 against the <br />fOllowing described properties: <br /> <br />. <br />
