<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~m <br /> <br />,t",;{-.t/7A-- 1- -!Y <br /> <br />Extract ~~ Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />August 23, 1982 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, August 23, 1982, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br /> <br />Councilmen Johnson, McAllister and Mulcahy; and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Councilman Hicks. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Charlotte McNiesh, City Clerk Admin- <br />istrator; Dorothy Zehm, Deputy Clerk Administrator; Donald G. <br />Christoffersen of Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Consulting Engineers; <br /> <br />and Peter S. Popovich of Peterson, Popovich, Knutson & Flynn, City <br />Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />MAYOR WOODBURN: We will now proceed with the hearing on <br />Grey Fox Road, Improvement No. P-8l-l, the same format as we had <br />before. I will open the public hearing at this time and ask the <br />Clerk Administrator, Mrs. McNiesh, if she has published the <br />necessary notices. <br /> <br />}ffiS. CHARLOTTE McNIESH: The notice was published in the <br />New Brighton Bulletin on August 10 and notices were sent to the <br />property owners on August 6. <br /> <br />MAYOR WOODBURN: I will ask Mr. Christoffersen to describe <br />the improvement. <br /> <br />MR. CHRISTOFFERSEN: Essentially the Grey Fox Road improve- <br />ment consists of a purely street improvement, with the exception <br />that there were catch basins constructed in Grey Fox Road, If <br />the Council recalls, at the time the storm sewer improvement was <br />approved, the Grey Fox Road improvement was not and we did not <br />know whether there would be any improvement on Grey Fox Road so <br />soon, so subsequently catch basins were installed and connected <br />to the storm sewer constructed on the previous improvement. <br /> <br />Grey Fox Road was improved to a 36 foot wide street with <br />nine-ton load capacity (inaudible).
