Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in said City on Monday, the 12th day of July, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Acting Mayor McAllister and Councilmen Hicks, Johnson and Mulcahy; and the following was absent: Mayor Woodburn. Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 82-39 RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-81-2 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. ST-81-2 consisting of the installation of storm drainage facilities including reinforced concrete pipe ranging in size from 18 inches through 72 inches in diameter, construction of detention basins, outlet structures and miscellaneous appurtenances: and procure- ment of drainage easements in that portion of the City of Arden Hills bounded by Lexington Avenue on the east, County Road E on the south, S.T.H. 51 and Hamline Avenue on the west, and the westerly extension of 'Victoria Avenue from Lexington Avenue on the north, and WHEREAS, the contract price for such improvement is $502 588.00 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the mak~ng of , said improvement amount to $ 269,966.00 so that the total cost of the improvement will be ~772,554.00, and of this cost the City will pay $119,200.16 as its share of the cost. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $653,353.84.
