The City Clerk Administrator, together with the assis- <br />tance of the City Consulting Engineer, shall forthwith calculate <br />the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against <br />every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the improve- <br />ment affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by <br />law, and she shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in her <br />office for public inspection. The City Clerk Administrator may <br />arrange for the assistance of the Data Processing Division of <br />the County of Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed assess- <br />ment roll. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk Administrator shall, upon completion of <br />such proposed assessment, notify the council thereof for their <br />further action and for their setting of an assessment hearing <br />therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Mulcahy and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All Present: and <br /> <br />the following voted against the same: None: whereupon said <br /> <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
