<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 12th day <br /> <br />of July, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor <br /> <br />McAllister and Councilmen Hicks, Johnson and Mulcahy: and the <br /> <br />following was absent: Mayor Woodburn. <br /> <br />Councilman Hicks introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 82-35 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-81-5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to adve~tisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> <br />on file in the office of the Clerk Administrator of said City, <br /> <br />said bids were received on June 17, 1982, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., <br /> <br />opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids <br /> <br />were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />C.
