Houle of St. Paul, Minnesota, <br />is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of <br />$139,761.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby authorized <br />and directed to enter into a contract with C. W. Houle for <br />$139,761.00 in the name of the City of Arden Hills for the <br />above improvement according to the plans and specifications <br />thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk Administrator. <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made <br />with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder <br />and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts <br />have been signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All Present; and the following voted against the same: None: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
