SS-W-P-ST-81-5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on February 8, 1982, the City Consulting Engineers have pre- <br /> <br />pared plans and specifications for Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST- <br />81-5 and have presented such plans and specifications to the <br />Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br />HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause <br />to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official <br />paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for <br />bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. <br />The advertisement for Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-81-5 shall be <br />
