<br />\. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />published as required by law, shall specify the work to be <br />done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for <br />such work, shall state that the bids will be received by the <br />City Clerk Administrator until 2:00 o'clock p.m. on June 17, <br />1982, at which time they will be publicly opened in the City <br />Hall by the City Clerk Administrator and City Consulting Engi- <br />neer, will then be tabulated, and will subsequently be con- <br />sidered by the Council, and that no bids will be considered <br />unless sealed and filed with the Clerk Administrator and accom- <br />panied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable <br />to the Clerk Administrator for ten percent (10%) of the aIltOunt <br />of such bid. <br /> <br />The IltOtion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman McAllister and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All I and <br />the following voted against the same: None: whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />. <br />
