<br />-. <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of 1'1eeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, 14innesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway <br /> <br />96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br /> <br />1st day of <br /> <br />February <br /> <br />, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />'!'he fOllowing members were present: Mayor Woodburn, <br />Councilmen Hollenhorst, Johnson, McAllister <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilman Hollenhorst <br /> <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 82-10 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMElnB RELATING TO <br />CQ.mINED IltPROVEMENT W-77-S AND W-78-2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />T'lHEREAS, the assessment roll for Combined Improvement <br />W-77-5 and W-78-2 as adopted on August 21, 1979, was filed and <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 9, <br />1979, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since August 21, 1979, a number of parcels of <br />property contained within said assessment roll have been <br />divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and <br />
