<br />I "... <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, the 13th <br />day of October, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br />Councilmen Wingert, Johnson and McAllister; and the following <br />was absent: Councilman Hollenhorst. <br /> <br />Councilman Wingert introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 81-70 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT <br />FOR BIDS ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-81-1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br />on June 22, 1981, the City Consulting Engineer has prepared <br />plans and specifications for Improvement No. P-8l-1 and has <br />presented such plans and specifications to the Council for <br />approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br />HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />. 2. The City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause <br />to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official <br />paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for <br />bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. <br />The advertisement for Improvement No. P-81-l shall be pub- <br />lished as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, <br />
