<br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />r' <br /> <br />shall call for bids on the basis of a cash payment for such <br />work, shall state that the bids will be received by the City <br />Clerk Administrator and Consulting Engineer until 2:00 o'clock <br />p.m. on November 18, 1981, at which time they will be publicly <br />openEld in the City Hall by the City Clerk Administrator and <br />City Consulting Engineer, will then be tabulated, and will sub- <br />sequently be considered by the Council, and that no bids will <br />be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk Adminis- <br />trator and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or <br />bid bond payable to the Manager for ten percent of the amount <br />of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being <br />taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All, and <br />the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />~ <br />~~~ <br />~~~ <br /> <br />;?td.~~ <br />~ <br />
