Our contractor(City Homes) has submitted demolition and construction permit requests <br /> to the City and is currently responding to the City's feedback to enable permit review. We are requesting an extension <br /> in case additional time is needed beyond the Dec 19, 2023 deadline to complete all review and finalize the paperwork <br /> for the demolition permit as required by the City, Ramsey County, and MPCA prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> Thank you for your consideration. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Katie and Nate <br />
