<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~R!2~~J-IILLS <br /> <br />MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, VHNNESOTA <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL SESSION <br />WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 2, 2001, 5:30 P.M. <br />CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 1245 WEST HIGHWAY 96 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the special <br />City Council meeting at 5:36 p.m. Councilmembers present werc Beverly Aplikowski, <br />David Grant, Gregg Larson, and Lois Rem. <br /> <br />Staff present included City Administrator, Joe Lynch; City Accountant, Terry Post. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MEETING AGENDA <br /> <br />Administrator Lynch introduccd an addition to the agenda (Claims and Payroll for the pay period <br />#26 of2001 and Claims for year end 2001). <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />COllncilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Rcm seconded a motion to <br />adopt thc agenda with the addition of Claims and Payroll under item 5B, for the <br />January 2,2002, special City Council meeting. The motion carried unanimously <br />(5-0). <br /> <br />OATH OF OFFICE <br /> <br />Mayor Probst administered the Oath of Office for the City Administrator and the City Treasurer. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />:\fo public comments were made. <br />
