Todd Stutz of David Bernard Propel1ies prcscnted the <br />background of David Bernard Propcrties which is a division ofRolllund Homes. <br /> <br />Brian Fritz is thc Dcvelopment Manager lor .TPl, a multiple family unit developcr. They are rental <br />housing developers only. Mr. Friv cited a specific example of their ability to be involved in <br />multiple family development from Jefferson Estates at the conversion ofthe Lowry Air Force <br />Base. <br /> <br />John Mehrkens is with Presbyterian Homes Senior Housing Partners. They would be intcrested <br />in thc scnior housing component ofthe proposed developmcnt. <br /> <br />Murray Kombcrg is with CSY! Corporation, a St. Paul based dcvclopment company for <br />commercial propel1y. Their primary product is single story commercial devclopment as well as <br />hospitality development (i.e., hotels and motels). Mr. Kornberg indicatcd that an example of the <br />type of development would be the Fair Isaac facility in Arden Hins. <br />
