Thc group indicated that it is <br />not an exclusive rcsidcntial use development and that anyone ofthc initial nses cOlLld start the <br />project. The group indicated there wOllld nced to be a commercial retail component of the proj ect <br />in order to assist with the financial costs involved. <br /> <br />Councilmembcr Grant asked about the resources for the environmental clean up. Mr. Noonan <br />indicated that the group has not retained a firm but would hire a group if they wcre selected as <br />the developer. The group has rclationships with several environmental firms. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson asked about the ability to assist the City in seeking release of the land <br />from the federal govemmenl Mr. Ricks indicated that thcy are very familiar with the process of <br />dealing with the legislativc issues identified.
