Council Member Aplikowski asked if this process would help the City come up with a reasonable expectation of their vision. Mayor Probst stated this was what it was designed to do, . Mr. Parrish replied the City would manage the planning process and this would incorporate the Community's vision. Council Member Grant stated it made good sense to hire an infrastructure consultant at this time, He requested an economic impact assessment be prepared to ensure the existing residents and business ovmers were not subsidizing the TCAAP development. Council Member Rem inquired about the aggressiveness of the schedule. Mr. Parrish replied they could evaluate other options if a Council Member wanted to participate on the interview panel, but given the time constraints, they put this on the staffs level. Council Member Rem indicated she was hesitant to move forward on such an aggressive schedule. . Council Member Larson stated it was important the City get their planning in place as soon as possible. He requested they look at planning a broader portion of TCAAP other than just the portion being currently released.
