<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />MAY 28, 2002 <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Larson moved and Council Member Aplikowski <br />seconded a motion to approve Resolution Nos. 02-21, Ordering <br />Report on Improvement of Hunters Court and Waldon Place, The <br />motion carried unanimously (5-0), <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Larson moved and Council Member Aplikowski <br />seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 02-22, Receiving <br />Report and Calling Hearing on Improvement of Hunters Court and <br />Waldon Place adding in the word "formally received by the <br />Council.. ," and amending staffs report by adding in the words <br />"formally receiving Report". The motion carried unanimously (5-0), <br /> <br />Council Member Larson stated he had previously voted against this Resolution <br />leaving the street width as it was, but he was supporting this despite the alternative <br />to have some uniformity among the Council. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst stated he had received a letter from a resident of Hunters Court <br />indicating they were not in support of this proposal. <br /> <br />G. PMP Proiect for 2003 <br /> <br />City Engineer Brown presented the 2003 CIP projects. <br /> <br />Council Member Larson stated it was important to keep the City infrastructure up <br />and he stated what was being proposed was a good proposal. <br /> <br />Mr. Lynch stated this would also impact possible investors and could affect the <br />City's bond rating. <br /> <br />Council Member Rem stated she had reservations about the storm water, utility <br />plan for that neighborhood. She stated she was not sure this was going to be the <br />best way to deal with this situation. She expressed concern about using information <br />from three years ago, She requested the residents be given sufficient notice <br />regarding this proposal. <br />
