Rochon Payment No. 17 <br />C, Johns Solicitor Pcnnit Moved to Item5A. <br /> <br />Deputy Clerk Young updated staff on further information received on Item C - <br />Johns - Solicitor Permit. Council Member Larson stated if they turned this item <br />down, they needed to state the reason for doing so and make sure it complied with <br />the Ordinance. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst recommended item Consent Agenda Item C be brought before item <br />5A for further discussion, <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Grant moved and Council Member Aplikowski <br />seconded a motion to approve the Amended Consent Calendar and <br />authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein, <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0), <br />
