<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />JUNE 24, 2002 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Council Member Aplikowski requested the following changes: June 17, 2002 <br />Work Session Minutes, 2nd paragraph from the bottom, should read, "The City <br />Council agreed to the 2002 PMP Assessment Rate, <br /> <br />Mayor Probst requested the following changes: May 20, 2002 Work Session <br />minutes, page 3, 3rd paragraph ii-om the bottom, second sentence should read: "He <br />said the City would like to bring along the community with some degree of <br />confidence", Page 7, last paragraph change CC to City Council. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Grant moved and Council Member Aplikowski <br />seconded a motion to approve the minutes of May 20, 2002 Council <br />Work Session; June 10,2002 Regular Council Meeting; and June 17, <br />2002 Council Work Session as amended, The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br /> 3. <br />. A, <br />B, <br /> C, <br /> D. <br /> E. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Claims and Payroll <br />Organizational Restructure/Planner <br />Resolution No. 02-30 Appointing Cathy Smithknecht to the Planning <br />Commission <br />Resolution 02-29 Adopting the 2002 PMP Assessment Rate <br />Cable Position <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Larson moved and Council Member Aplikowski <br />seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar and authorize <br />execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion <br />carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />4. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br />A. Resolution Acknowledging Support for the Ramsey County Library's <br />2003 Request to Maintain Current Levels of Operation at its Facilities <br /> <br />Mr, Anderson, President of Ramsey County Board of Trustees, summarized the <br />functions of the Ramsey County Library, He stated they were experiencing budget <br />. cuts and asked for the City's support to ensure that services were not cut. <br />
