<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />AUGUST 12, 2002 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish reviewed proposcd Ordinance #341 adopting a developmcnt <br />moratorium relating to the construction of boat houses. <br /> <br />Council Membcr Larson noted this Ordinance needed to also apply to accessory <br />structures as well as boat houses. Mr. Parrish suggested revising the language to <br />read boat houses and accessory structures whencver that language came up. <br /> <br />Council Mcmber Aplikowski stated they were referring only to boat houses in this <br />case. She statcd accessory structures were addressed in other Ordinanccs. She <br />expressed concern about making the moratorium any broader. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Grant moved and Council Member Aplikovyski <br />seconded to approve adoption of Ordinance #341 An Ordinance <br />Adopting a Development Moratorium Relating to the Construction of <br />Boat houses. The motion canied unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />C. Planning Case 02-04: Subdivision Regulations <br /> <br />. Mr. Parrish reviewed the proposed Subdivision Regulation Modifications. He <br />reconunended Council consider sccond reading and adoption of Ordinance #340, <br />an Ordinance Modifying Chapter II of the City Code and consider approval of the <br />Ordinance Summary for Ordinancc #340. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Larson moved and Council Member Aplikowski <br />seconded a motion to adopt Ordinance #340, An Ordinance <br />Modifying Chapter 11 of the City Code and approval of the <br />Ordinance SUlnnlary for Ordinance #340.
