Mr. Straumann replied it was the intent to come back to the Council with a more detailed site analysis for all City parks. Council Member Larson asked what the priority was for each park. Mr. Straumann replied Hazelnut Park was the third priority, with Perry Park being first priority and Valentinc Park being second priority. Ms. Thompson stated they had reevaluated these priorities, and felt that based on the needs and usage of Perry Park, it should be addressed first. She stated Valentine Park was sccond priority also based on needs and usage. MOTION: Council Member Grant moved and Council Member Larson seconded a motion to authorize the selection of Hagen, Christcnsen and McIlwain Architects to develop a master plan and concept design for the park facilities in the City of Arden Hills at a cost not to exceed $30,000 with the funding to be taken out for the Park Fund. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). C. Award Bid: 2002 Sanitary & Water Mr. Brown stated Visu-Sewer Clean and Seal, Inc. submitted the low bid with a total base bid amount of $246,435.50. The low bid was approximately $10,000 less than the Engineer's estimate and reflected a competitive bid in the current marketplace. Mr. Brown recommended the award of the 2002 Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Rehabilitation to Visu-Sewer Clean and Seal, Inc. for the total amount of $246,435.50. MOTION: Council Member Larson moved and Council Member Aplikowski seconded a motion to award the 2002 Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Rehabilitation to Visu-Sewer Clean and Seal, Inc. for the total amount of $246,435.50.
