<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 16,2002 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3.B Maintenance Facility - Agreement with Ramsey County <br /> <br />It was agreed that Administrator Lynch bring a revised draft agreement to the City <br />Council at its September 30, 2002 meeting. <br /> <br />3.C 2003 PMP Update <br /> <br />Engineer Brown explained that at the second neighborhood meeting, the intent was <br />to revisit previous comments. He noted that after the meetings, at the next City <br />Council meeting he would recommend the Council authorize the feasibility report, <br />and proceed to the more formal design and development ofthe project. <br /> <br />3.D Karth Lake Update <br /> <br />Director Moore said staff was directed to get URS on the job, and Engineer Brown <br />had pursued the site elevations. <br /> <br />. Engineer Brown said the [DNR] pennit cost would be four hundred dollars and <br />would take 45-60 days to process. He said he would request they [the DNR] move <br />things along in that regard, if possible, due to the circumstances. He noted that the <br />Watershed District had no issues with this process. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst said the City needed to get back to neighborhood residents within the <br />next ten days regarding the issue. He requested a cost estimate for the project be <br />presented at the September 30th, 2002 Council Meeting. <br /> <br />The City Council directed staff to notify just those residents whose property is <br />directly affected. <br /> <br />Engineer Brown said there would be long-term and pennanent solution by utilizing <br />a small submergible pump that would be invisible, if installed for this project, at an <br />operating cost ofless than twenty dollars a year, per resident. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION REPORT: <br /> <br />. <br />
