Councilmember Aplikowski spoke to the <br />need for staff input in the review process. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst and Councilmember Aplikowski were designated to perform the annual <br />review of City Administrator Lynch. Mayor Probst asked Councilmembers to provide <br />feedback as soon as possible to facilitate the review. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst reminded Councilmembers ofthe need for memorials for two former <br />mayors (i.e., tree, flagpole) at the new City Hall facility. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson asked for the Council's intent regarding a revised Pavement <br />Management Program for the City. Mr. Lynch advised that staff had tentatively <br />scheduled this item on the February Worksession agenda. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Aplikowski <br />seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:20 p.m. The motion <br />carried unanimously (4-0). <br />
