AGENDA ITEMS <br />A. 2024 PMP Update Discussion <br />Public Works Director/City Engineer Swearingen explained that this was an update to the <br />Council of where they are at with the PMP. This will be the last conversation with Council before <br />it is brought forward in February for approval of final plans and specs, and to authorize bidding. <br />Mr. Fisher stated they would be discussing the project overview — final design scope, RCWD <br />requirements, preliminary estimated costs, preliminary assessment roll and the project schedule. <br />
