<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORKSESSION - APRIL 16, 2001 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst has a call into Fred McCoy at Guidant regarding their proposed <br />expansion. He is interested in asking them to present to the City Council a <br />complete picture of their future expansion regarding the parking ramp and the <br />adjacent former Control Data site. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst was informed, by Joseph Strauss, that the Mayor of Maple Grove <br />would be interested in giving a tour of their redevelopment. The tour would be <br />two to three hours. Maple Grove's redevelopment involved a large land acreage <br />and it would give us an example as to dealing with TCAAP.
