The <br />meeting was held at the home of Council member Aplikowski, 1443 Bussard Court in <br />Arden Hills. <br />Mayor, Dennis Probst, opened the meeting at 5: 15 PM. <br />In attendance were Mayor, Dennis Probst and Council members Beverly Aplikowki, <br />David Grant, Gregg Larson, and Lois Rem. <br />The purpose of the meeting was to continue a discussion started at the March Council <br />Retreat regarding the subject of procedures; in particular to the issue of the Governance <br />Model of procedure that had been introduced by the retreat leader, Jim Brimmeyer and <br />fostered by the City Administrator, Joe Lynch.
