<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - JUNE 11,2001 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Grant seconded a motion to <br />direct the City Attorney to revise the language of the ordinance to either repeal the <br />requirement of buoys or to change the mandatory language to permissive <br />language to allow the city discretion in deciding whether to require buoys on Lake <br />Johanna and to return the proposed language to the council at the first July <br />Council meeting. May 29, 2001 Regular City Council Meeting <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson requested the following changes to the May 14, 2001 Regular City <br />Council Meeting minutes: <br /> <br />1. On page 8, in the last paragraph, in the last sentence, replace "they" with "we". <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />On page 9, in the fourth paragraph from the bottom, delete the third sentence and replace <br />with "They are the same people sharing the same ideas". <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson requested the following change to the May 21, 2001 City Council <br />W orksession minutes: on page 2, in the third paragraph from the bottom, delete the second <br />sentence. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem requested the following change to the May 14,2001 Regular City Council <br />meeting minutes: in the last paragraph before Adjourn, delete the last sentence. She stated that <br />per the librarians they do not contemplate changing the library hours. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem requested the following changes to the May 29, 2001 Regular City Council <br />Meeting minutes: <br /> <br />1. On page 2, in the last paragraph before the motion, replace "changes" with "errors and <br />dropped words". <br /> <br />2. On page 6, in the first full paragraph, replace "Hadgader" with "Habiger". <br /> <br />3. On page 6, in the third full paragraph, replace "Ortley" with "Oertli". <br /> <br />4. On page 9, in the fifth paragraph from the bottom replace "stated" with "suggested". <br /> <br />.
