<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORKSESSION - JUNE 18, 2001 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Prior to the scheduled Public Hearing on July 9, 2001, staffwas directed to <br />provide additional clarification and information regarding the Department of <br />Natural Resources information previously requested; inclusion of language <br />drafted by the City Attorney (i.e., which option; modifying language to make it <br />permissive rather than mandatory OR deletion of language). Again, the City <br />Council directed staff to provide this information in an advance packet, prior to <br />action being taken following the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson announced that he would be out of town, and unavailable <br />for meetings, from July 5 - July 22, 2001. <br /> <br />Preliminary discussion was held regarding Arden Towers planning case. The <br />City's Building Official, Dave Scherbel, will be in attendance at the July <br />W orksession for further discussion. <br /> <br />Staff and the City Attorney were directed to proceed as previously directed, to <br />ensure the tower was brought back into compliance. <br /> <br />Mr. Moore was directed to respond to a letter from a young resident regarding a <br />skateboard park being constructed in the City. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem moved and Councilmember Aplikowski <br />seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:02 p.m. The motion <br />carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />. <br />
