<br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> OCTOBER 29, 2001 <br /> . 7:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the regular <br /> City Council meeting at 7:32 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor Dennis Probst, Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, David Grant, <br /> Gregg Larson, and Lois Rem. <br /> Absent: None. <br /> Also present were City Administrator, Joe Lynch; City Accountant, Terrance Post; <br /> Interim Public Works Director and Parks & Recreation Director, Thomas Moore; City <br /> Planner, Aaron Parrish; City Attorney, Jerry Filla; City Engineer, Greg Brown, BRW; and <br /> Recording Secretary, Nancy Czajkowski. <br /> APPROV AL OF MEETING AGENDA <br /> . Councilmember Rem requested Consent Calendar Agenda Item 4 E be moved to Unfinished and <br /> New Business. Mayor Probst responded it would become Agenda Item 6 A 5, <br /> Councilmember Grant requested Consent Calendar Agenda Item 4 G be moved. Mayor Probst <br /> responded it would become Agenda Item 6 A 6. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Aplikowski moved and Councilmember Larson seconded a <br /> motion to adopt the agenda for the October 29,2001, regular City Council <br /> meeting, as amended, The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> APPROV AL OF MINUTES <br /> A. September 24,2001 Regular Council Meeting <br /> B. October 25,2001 Council Worksession Minutes <br /> Councilmember Grant requested the following change to the September 24,2001 Regular <br /> Council Meeting minutes: on page 11, in Section D, in the third paragraph, replace the first <br /> sentence with "Councilmember Grant asked how many people were not impacted by the <br /> change," <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Aplikowski moved and Councilmember Rem seconded a motion <br /> to approve the September 24, 2001 Regular Council Meeting minutes as <br /> . corrected, and the October 25,2001 Council Worksession Minutes as presented. <br /> The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br />
