The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Probst invited those present to come forward and address the Council on any items not <br /> already on the agenda. <br /> . Case #01-25, Guidant Corporation, 4201 - 4233 North Lexington Avenue, <br /> Sign Ordinance Variance (Water Tower Signage) <br /> Mr. Parrish explained this case dealt with a variance to the sign ordinance to put the words <br /> "Guidant Corporation" on their water tower. He stated staff developed a revised <br /> recommendation. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Aplikowski moved and Councilmember Grant seconded a motion <br /> to approve Planning Case #01-25, the proposed water tower signage, subject to <br /> the two conditions contained in the staff report, as recommended by Staff The <br /> motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> 2. Case #01-26, McKinley Companies, 4420 Hamline Avenue North, Minor <br /> Subdivision/Lot Split Parcel <br /> . Mr. Parrish explained this case was continued from last month's meeting. He noted it involves a <br /> variance from the minimum lot width requirement. He added the parcel meets all other <br />
