Mr. <br />Stonehouse indicated concerns of residents have been identified on a Punch List and this list has <br />been forwarded to the contractor to be resolved before final payment of the project and should be <br />resolved by mid June. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATOR COMMENTS <br /> <br />City Administrator Fritsinger indicated a few items: <br /> <br />1. Reminder of the Open House on Thursday June 1, 1995 at 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at <br />the Army Reserve with the TCAAP Task Force. <br /> <br />2. Ogren PUD: the City has received payment in full for the EA W. Discussious have <br />been held with the developer and RLK regarding reducing cost. He indicated with <br />Council's permission he would like to reduce the cost if after the EA W is complete <br />there is this ability. <br /> <br />3. Mr. Jerry Bergeron is no longer with the contract group of the Sheriff's Department, <br />Mr. John Luey will be the City's future contact, he will be introduced at a future <br />meeting. <br /> <br />4. Mr. Fritsinger has requested a deadline of July 14, 1995, for the Gateway <br />Development. The Council approved by consensus. <br /> <br />5. Ms. Cindy Walsh will forward information regarding Highway 96 to the City <br />Council at a future Meeting. <br /> <br />COUNCll.. COMMENTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Hicks inquired if staff has contacted Horn Oak and Leather. Mr. Fritsinger <br />indicated he has not yet contacted them, he intends to do so after a meeting is established with <br />Everest. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hicks inquired as to the drainage project on the Aiken property. Mr. Fritsinger <br />indicated the City is still trying to locate the easement available for work. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hicks indicated he would be on vacation from June 9 to June 16. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hicks indicated the Public Works and Safety Committee needs members. Mayor <br />Probst asked Council for suggestions. <br />
