The motion carried nnanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution 95-41. Restrictin!!: Parking Alon!!: Municil'al State Aid Streets (Stowe <br />Avenue). <br /> <br />Mr. Stonehouse indicated this would restrict parking on the south side of the road. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst inquired if there is a concern with the notification of the neighborhood regarding <br />parking and is the City required to post signage. Mr. Stonehouse indicated the state does require <br />posting of the parking. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hicks inquired as to current parking. It was noted not much parking occurs <br />currently in the area. <br /> <br />Ed Kosse, 1865 Stowe Ave, a resident of the area noted he did not believe "no parking" would be <br />a concern. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Hicks moved and Malone seconded a motion to adopt Resolution 95-41, Restricting <br />Parking Along Municipal State Aid Streets (Stowe Avenue). The motion carried <br />nnanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution 95-42. Determining Assessed Cost of Improvement and Ordering <br />Preparation of Proposed Assessment Roll in the Matter of Street Maintenance Improvements <br />of 1995. <br /> <br />Mr. Stonehouse indicated the increase of the cost from the Feasibility Report is due to the addition <br />of Lake Johanna Boulevard storm water management required by the Rice Creek Watershed District <br /> <br />MOTION: Hicks moved and Keirn seconded a motion to adopt Resolution 95-42, Determining <br />Assessed Cost of Improvement and Ordering Preparation of Proposed Assessment <br />Roll in the Matter of Street Maintenance Improvements of 1995 and schedule an <br />Assessment Hearing for June 26, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. The motion carried (5-0). <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution 95-43. Restrietin!!: Parkin!!: Along Municipal State Aid Street (County Road <br />l).. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Malone moved and Keirn seconded a motion to adopt Resolution 95-43, Restricting <br />Parking Along Municipal State Aid Street (County Road F). The motion carried <br />nnanimously (5-0). <br />
