Councilmember Malone was referring to the residents at 1761 <br />County Road F and 3055 Valentine Hills who had testified that realtors had stated there would be <br />no assessments. <br /> <br />May 18, 1995 <br /> <br />MOTION: Hicks moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the minnt"'l of the May <br />8, 1994 regular City Council meeting and May 18, 1995 Work Session meeting as <br />amended. The motion carried .m..nimously (5-0). <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution 95-32, St. Mary's Romanian Orthodox Church at Ramada <br />Inn. <br />Accept 1994 Audit Report - Abdo Abdo & Eick <br />Ecouomic Development Administration Grant Application. <br />Claims and Payroll <br /> <br />B. <br />C. <br />D. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Hicks moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar <br />as presented, and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. <br />The motion carried lm..nimously (5-0). <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Probst at this time invited the audience to address the Council with any concerns related to <br />items not already on the agenda. No one addressed the Council at this time. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution 95-35. Acce,ptine: the Bid and Authorize EXeaJtion of a Contract in the <br />Matter of the County Road F Reconstruction PrQject. <br /> <br />Engineer Greg Stonehouse briefly reviewed the plans and specifications for the County Road F <br />Reconstruction Project. <br /> <br />Mr. Stonehouse indicated several meetings have been held to address neighborhood concerns and <br />desires. He pointed out the neighborhood's desire for not having a trail east of the Mounds View <br />
