Acting Clerk Administrator Post noted one change to Resolution 95-01, the second page, the dated should be 1995, not 1994. MOTION: Hicks moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented, and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). PUBLIC COMMENTS Mayor Probst gave anyone who wished to speak at this time an opportunity to come forward. No one at this time wished to speak. UNFINISHFD AND NEW BUSINESS APPROVAL OF CITY APPOIN1MENTS Mayor Probst indicated he concurred with staff regarding an external auditor, and he would not be appointing one at this time. MOTION: Malone moved and Hicks seconded a motion to ratify City appointments for professional consultants. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). APPOINTMENT OF ACTING MAYOR FOR 1995 MOTION: Hicks moved and Keim seconded a motion to ratify the appointment of Councilmember Paul Malone as Acting Mayor for 1995. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). APPOINTMENT OF COUNCIL COMMITTEE LIAISONS FOR 1995 MOTION: Keim moved and Hicks seconded a motion to ratify the appointments of Council Committee Liaisons for 1995. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). APPROVAL OF COMMITTEE APPOIN1MENTS AND APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRPERSONS. MOTION: Hicks moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to ratify the appointments to committees and their chairpersons. The motion was carried unanimously (5-0).
