ADMINISTRATOR COMMENTS Acting Clerk Administrator Post indicated there had been a major water main break near Mounds View High School, on County Road F and was now repaired. COUNCIL COMMENTS Councilmember Malone indicated he had one reference yet to check for the applicants for City Administrator, but had so far received very positive replies for alL Councilmember Hicks indicated he had two references which he was waiting for replies, but had also received positive feedback. Councilmember Hicks indicated a $10,0001995 funding commitment on behalf of the City for Northwest Youth and Family Services was received from St. Mary's Romanian Orthodox Church, which will help since the goal was $5,000 short for 1994. Councilmember Hicks indicated he would forward a thank you to St. Mary's and will verify this commitment. Councilmember Hicks noted that the University of Minnesota is exploring the possibility of a golf course on land it owns near the TCAAP property and wanted to forward this information to the council.
