<br />I <br />I <br />Ie <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />Ie <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />Ie <br />I <br /> <br />ARD-EN HTT.LS CITY COUNCIL - TANUARY 9. 1995 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-05: RECEIVING THE FEASffiILITY REPORT AND <br />ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING IN THE MATrER OF THE COUNTY ROAD F <br />RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT OF 1995. <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Maurer and Mr. Gregory Stonehouse were in attendance and presented a brief review <br />of the Feasibility Report for the reconstruction improvement for 1995 of County Road F. <br /> <br />Mr. Stonehouse indicated this is the first of three resolutions that will be presented. Mr. <br />Stonehouse indicated Resolution #95-05 is regarding the receiving the Feasibility Report and <br />calling a public hearing that would be set for February 27, 1995. <br /> <br />Mr. Stonehouse noted the proposed total cost is $1,024,000 of which $400,000 is available from <br />Ramsey County funding. <br /> <br />Mr. Stonehouse indicated proposed construction would be June 15, 1995 with completion of <br />August 15, 1995. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst inquired regarding the curb cuts along the Ryder property. Mr. Stonehouse <br />reviewed the road width and rationale for the accesses along the Ryder property. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst inquired as to the cost, was it based on the most expensive option. Mr. Stonehouse <br />indicated the cost was based on exhibit 4a with 3 access points along Ryder, which would be the <br />most expensive alternative. <br /> <br />Councilmember Aplikowski inquired regarding the sidewalk, would this also be bike path. Mr. <br />Maurer indicated in preparing the feasibility report, this was not addressed in detail and was done <br />by regarding to pedestrian traffic only, but could be reviewed with bicycles included. <br /> <br />Councilmember Malone inquired if the underlying surfaces would be able to support the roads <br />with no foreseen problems. Mr. Stonehouse indicated this to be correct. <br /> <br />Councilmember Malone inquired as to the location of the sewer main. Mr. Stonehouse indicate <br />this to be on the north side. <br /> <br />Councilmember Malone inquired as to tree removal. Superintendent Winkel indicated some trees <br />would have to be removed, but not very many. <br />
