Approve Payment Number #3 to Ashback Construction for 1994 Street Improvements. C. Approve Claims and Payroll. MOTION: Malone moved and Keim seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented, and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). PUBLIC COMMFNTS Mayor Probst invited the audience to address Council with any matters of concern during this portion of the meeting. No one stepped forward at this time. UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS APPROVE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH ONECOMM CORPORATION City Aclmini<t:rator Fritsinger briefly reviewed the lease agreement with OneCo= Corporation. He indicated the lease is very similar to that of the lease held with Cellular One, with a few key differences. City Administrator Fritsinger noted the specific dollar amounts and terms are noted. He indicated the concerns regarding portion (~, relating to the warning lights. Staff has reviewed the FCC\FAA regulations and there is no concern at this time. City Aclmini<trator Fritsinger noted an addition to the lease regarding damage that may be caused by the installation of OneCo= equipment. City Aclmini<t:rator Fritsinger indicated the lease will be reviewed and language fine tuned by City Attorney Filla, but staff reco=ends the City Council approve the lease agreement pending his review and final approval. Mr. Bill Buell, representative from OneCo= indicated that OneCo= agrees to the additional paragraph regarding damages. Mayor Probst inquired as to the cost of cellular phones to be provided by OneCo=. City Administrator Fritsinger noted it would be based on whatever mobile time is use. City Accountant Post noted the phones have been used for emergency calling and very little air time is used.
