City Staff recommends approval of the PSA with Bolton and Menk Inc. (Attachment <br />B). <br />Budget Impact <br />Within the proposed 2024-2028 CIP Budget (Attachment A), the Arden Manor Hardcourt is <br />budgeted at $160,000 as seen in the table below: <br />CDBG Funds $ 110,000.00 <br />PIR - Parks $ 50,000.00 <br />Total $ 160,000.00 <br />Staff will require the submitted application cover as much of the project costs as possible; <br />however, the CDBG program funds are not guaranteed. Staff will report to Council once the <br />grant awards are determined. <br />Engineering services from Bolton and Menk Inc. per their PSA (Attachment B) is a project fee <br />not -to -exceed $33,695, of which approximately $5,000 for the CDBG Application and <br />approximately $18,000 for the `Shovel Ready' design work will be paid out of the PIR-Parks <br />funds.
