1 <br />KEY STAFF <br />The team in this section will work directly with the City to deliver the Arden Manor Park Improvement project. In <br />addition to the identified team, Bolton & Menk has over 800 staff in varying capacities that can be called on to assist with <br />delivery of the project. <br />Mike Waltman, PE <br />Principal In Charge <br />Mike will provide QAQC on the project and ensure the project and deliverables meet the standards and expectations of <br />the City. <br />Mike began his engineering career in 2006. Stemming from eight years of construction inspection experience early in his <br />career, Mike manages municipal infrastructure projects and supports cities in pursuit of their goals. His expertise includes <br />capital improvement planning, project programming, funding, conceptual design, feasibility reports, completing final <br />design, and construction oversight. He has a passion for effectively managing all aspects of project budgets, from <br />pursuing grant opportunities to administering projects to meet funding requirements, large and small. <br />Mike's goal is client satisfaction, and he works hard to make that happen. Mike is constantly responsive and makes his <br />clients a priority in daily operations. <br />Cole Larson <br />Project Manager/Landscape Designer <br />Cole will use his intimate knowledge of the Arden Manor project and extensive construction experience to ensure the <br />project is designed and constructed to integrate seamlessly into the existing park infrastructure in an efficient manner. <br />Cole is a landscape designer at Bolton & Menk who began his career in 2005. His experience includes construction <br />project management and landscape design and operations. Cole's primary responsibilities include sports fields and park <br />design, reporting, and feasibility studies. With his history in construction and design, his expertise lies in combining the <br />practical with the theoretical and bringing community -based projects to fruition. Cole enjoys creating safe, sustainable, <br />and unique spaces for communities and maintaining the spaces already in place. <br />Jonathan Nelsen, PLA <br />Senior Landscape Architect <br />Jonathan will provide design oversight on the design and construction of the athletic court facility and associated <br />infrastructure. <br />Jonathan is a landscape architect who is passionate about working with communities to navigate the design process and <br />translate their ideas into buildable solutions. He understands the importance of a comprehensive design approach that <br />starts with big picture plans and leads to informed, constructable, and maintainable projects. His experience in the areas of <br />parks and recreation, urban design, multimodal transportation, and the design of downtown and civic spaces have led to <br />the creation of successful projects throughout Minnesota and Iowa. Jonathan enjoys the creative challenges the design <br />field presents and is continually seeking new methods and technologies to foster the best possible outcome for his clients. <br />
