500 residential housing units. The first location in Town Center South which currently allows for <br />residential uses would shift the types of housing infrastructure offered to include multi -family. <br />Then the second location in the southwest corner of the Subject Property is currently guided <br />towards commercial flex office uses. Of which, approximately 32 acres of this area would be <br />rezoned to residential uses to provide for a full range of residential housing infrastructure. <br />NO <br />Within these two areas, the Developer provided examples of a variety of housing infrastructure <br />that would be represented in these locations. <br />Housing Variety <br />2 Bsd-..
