Those locations are Town Center South to add <br />142 housing units and the Southwest neighborhood to add 358 housing units. The increased units <br />will be comprised of a variety of housing infrastructure to include single family residential, <br />townhomes, and apartments. It should be noted that these types of housing infrastructure are <br />currently a permitted residential use as outlined in Table 5.1 of the TRC Zoning District Land Use <br />Table in either the Town Center or Neighborhood Residential Zoning Districts. The request that <br />the City Council is being asked to consider is amending the NR — 4 Zoning District to be expanded <br />to include medium (ex. 32-unit apartment) and large (ex. 175 unit apartment) multi -family <br />residential uses. In doing so, the City needs to amend the corresponding descriptions and tables <br />to reflect that amendment.
