Notice was published in the Pioneer Press on November <br />24, 2023. The City included in the Arden Hills Notes newsletter an insert advertising the public <br />hearing which was mailed to all residents mid -November. Additionally, notice was prepared by <br />the City and mailed to property owners within 1,000 feet of the Subject Property.
