'ice r`- <br />EN HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2024-003 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPOINTMENTS TO THE <br />COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES OF THE CITY <br />WHEREAS, the City Council annually appoints residents to serve in an advisory capacity to the <br />City Council for planning and zoning issues on the Planning Commission; for parks, trails and recreation <br />issues on the Parks, Trails, and Recreation Committee; and for the development and redevelopment in the <br />City of Arden Hills on the Economic Development Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, City Code Chapter 2, Section 220, Subsection 220.01, Subd. 7 and 7(A) states that <br />Commission and Committee Members shall serve for a term of three (3) years and each Member may serve <br />for no more than three (3) consecutive three-year terms. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills City Council appoints/reappoints the <br />following individuals to serve on the designated Commission with terms ending as noted: <br />Planning Commission: <br />Kurtis Weber, Chair — December 31, 2024 <br />Parks, Trails and Recreation Committee (PTRC: <br />Jill Anderson, Chair — December 31, 2024 <br />Kate Olson, Vice Chair — December 31, 2024 <br />Economic Development Commission (EDQ: <br />Robert Bonine — December 31, 2026 <br />Frank Cupery, EDC Chair — December 31, 2024 <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 8TH DAY <br />OF JANUARY, 2024. <br />DAVID GRANT, MAYOR <br />ATTEST: <br />JULIE HANSON, CITY CLERK <br />To view the final document, access adopted Resolutions via Arden Hills Public Laserfiche Weblink by visiting cityofardenhills.org and clicking on Archived <br />Documents under Helpful Links on our main webpage. <br />
